Voice Messages in SAGA Library to share

Current State

• Each team member records their own pre-recorded voice messages to explain products to customers.

• This leads to duplication of effort and inconsistent messaging across the team.

Request

• Add functionality to create, store, and share a library of approved voice messages within SAGA.

• Allow team members to:

  • Select from pre-recorded, shared messages from library in Whatsapp, FB Messanger or IG.

  • Customize or personalize messages when needed.

  • Reuse consistent product explanations across the team.
