Lead Magnet > fields of the form: Separate First Name & Name

In the form of the Lead Magnet, would it be possible to have 2 different fields: first name + name.

Why ?
2 main reasons:
1/ That creates a new contact with those both information in the name field
2/ As a result, the email sent to download the Guide is with both too, and not only with the First name as I would like.
