For drip email campaign, sequence emails with a time delay arrive HTML-escaped. Only the first, instant emails render correctly.

    Hi Michelle. I confirmed that the emails are sending correctly from our end.

    Can you check if its your email client that is stripping the mails? there should be an information banner inside the email that indicates that the client is stripping the html and you can view the full version by “clicking here” inside the emails client.
