Feature Request: On-Demand Webinars with Sign-up CTAs

The customer is requesting a new feature for SAGA: the ability to create on-demand webinars with integrated Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons for business sign-ups. The bot initially directed the customer to the in-app Feature Request Form. However, the customer reported being unable to locate the "Help & Support" icon/menu, even after receiving detailed instructions for both desktop and mobile interfaces. The customer then asked the bot to submit the request on their behalf, which the bot is unable to do. After attempting to provide a direct support email, the bot determined that support is managed via chat and has forwarded this conversation to a human team member to manually log the customer's feature suggestion with the product team.
