Customizable Message Me Buttons for LeadMagnets

Feature Request
Currently, the message me button in LeadMagnets only uses phone as the contact method. It would be great to have the option to customize this button to use other platforms such as Facebook or Instagram instead. Many of our leads prefer to communicate through social media rather than phone, and having this flexibility would improve our communication options and lead engagement.

    We’ve now added the ability to add a custom link to the “Message Me” button on the “Thank You” page of a Lead Magnet. 🎉

    We’re also currently working on improving the default “Contact Preference” options, which at the moment only support WhatsApp and Text Message — more flexibility is on the way!

    Facebook and Instagram won’t redirect you to the Facebook and Instagram chat but only to the prospect profile. Will this still make sense ?

      If we could put OUR social media contact info on the “Message Me” button so that leads downloading the lead magnet could send US a message

      OR

      They could put their social media URL from their profile in so we could message them

      That might meet this request, right? Also, in case you didn’t know, you can use m.me/username where username is your FB username to allow people to open a direct DM conversation with you in FB Messenger. For example, mine is: https://m.me/highticketcoachmckenna. I use that when I am offering contact info as an alternative to phone/email since I do most of my communications via FB Messenger
