Posting - Buffer is not taken into account

Hi, I've set appointments to last 15 minutes with a 30-minute buffer until the next appointment, but it's not working. Appointments are being offered to bookers in 15-minute increments. That's not right. I think it's a bug.

    Hi Isabell, apologies for the very late reply.

    This is intentional. If you set the appointment duration to 15 minutes, bookers will see available start times in 15-minute intervals. The 30-minute buffer only applies after an appointment has been booked: the two 15-minute slots following that appointment will automatically become unavailable.

    The buffer time therefore blocks time after existing bookings; it does not change how frequently the available start times are displayed.
