Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, when you say "email signature," you're thinking of a standardized block of text and/or visuals automatically added to the bottom of your emails, right? So it would include contact info, more like a "footer" rather than a handwritten-style signature. Let me know if that's what you had in mind

Yes that would be correct. A signature with contact information included and any company specific text
