I’d like to suggest adding a feature or system that sends us birthday reminders for our clients or contacts. This would allow us to reach out, send them a warm greeting, and also use it as a natural opportunity to follow up and stay connected.
It’s a simple yet meaningful way to build relationships and show that we care — while also keeping the door open for future conversations.
