It would be practical if you could set the data requested from a prospective customer separately. Only email, social media, or telephone number. For many people, the telephone number is often a reason not to fill out the form. At least in German-speaking countries, I have increasingly experienced this. I have received some feedback that confirms this.
Or you can add information that the telephone number is not mandatory or an asterisk next to the fields that are mandatory.
If you can then select this yourself, depending on which target group the lead magnet is aimed at, for example, then I think it would significantly increase the conversion rate.
