Currently, the task duration for Task Scheduling in Contacts is set to 30 minutes for my follow-ups. Many times, the Task is to send a text, which takes 5 mins. Ideally, it would be nice to have Task Categories with individual durations (Category and duration set by the user) that can be selected on the Schedule widget. For example: Follow-up Message - 5 mins Follow-up Phone Call - 10 mins Follow-up Meeting - 30 mins Launch Customer - 30 mins Launch Associate - 60 mins FB Live Launch - 30 mins At a minimum, having the Task duration displayed and editable in the widget when scheduling would be great.

I want to be able to perform bulk actions (like adding labels or moving contacts to other lists) directly from the mailing list subscribers page. Currently, the only option when selecting multiple subscribers is to remove them from the list. Having the same bulk editing capabilities as the main Contacts page would make list management much more efficient.

Customer requests the ability to create an English version of an existing Spanish Info Page, accessible via the same URL, allowing prospects to view content in either language. Currently, SAGA does not support a single URL for multi-language Info Pages; the recommended workaround is to duplicate the page and create separate language versions with their own links. An alternative suggestion was provided to use an HTML language selector created with AI assistance. This request has been registered as a feature request for the product team.

Summary Allow admins to duplicate a Library folder from the admin interface. Problem Teams often reuse the same folder structure (seasonal campaigns, mirrored org branches). Creating folders manually is slow and error-prone. Proposed behaviour Duplicate folder action on a folder (context menu or row action) in Library admin. Options where feasible: duplicate folder only (empty), or duplicate including child folders and assets, with clear labelling and progress for large trees. New folder name defaults to Copy of [name] with inline rename. Preserve or clearly reset ordering/metadata per product rules. Draft acceptance criteria Admin can duplicate a folder without breaking navigation or permissions. No silent overwrite: unique names within parent or explicit collision handling. Success and error feedback in the UI.

Hello! I often get a notification someone interacted with my lead magnet. But when I click on the notification it just opens contacts in general. It would be great if it would lead straight to that specific lead who interacted with lead magnet to see where they came from and to follow up with them. Thank you!

FIRST… This is really amazing! You guys have and are doing a great job. 🙂 I do a lot of my work at a computer. I’d really love to have the contacts/messaging open in one tab and the personal library open in another. Right now that’s not possible so it makes things cumbersome. It’s taking a lot longer for me to grab what I need from my personal library and the resource section of the person’s CRM file than it would if I could have them both open in separate browser tabs.
