Malfunction

My form “What Stood Out to You?” is assigned to “Plan A Lead Funnel – Form Completed.” An existing contact in “New Plan A Lead” submitted it. SAGA recorded the submission, applied the label, and sent the confirmation email, but did not move the contact. Should a form’s pipeline assignment update an existing contact, or only a newly created contact?
